My roots in the Tampa Bay area run deep. Born and raised in Saint Petersburg, Florida, I developed a passion for fishing the local waters at an early age. Alongside my father I spent my youth chasing everything that could be caught in saltwater, from the flats to the deep channels. As one of the few true “Natives,” I’ve spent decades studying the habits of the gamefish that call Tampa Bay home.
The only thing more rewarding than fishing in my backyard is sharing this incredible fishery with others. I take great pride in introducing anglers like YOU to the diverse surroundings and abundant wildlife that make Tampa Bay such a special place. Whether it’s spotting dolphins in the distance or reeling in a trophy fish, every trip is about more than just fishing—it’s about creating lifelong memories.

My 6 year old and I just had the best experience with Captain Kyle! My little guy loves to fish, but i was a little worried because it was a very cold weekend in Tampa/Clearwater. It didn’t matter, Captain Kyle had us on the fish NONSTOP our entire day. My little guy had the time of his life, caught many species including, rays and shark. Saw tons of manatee and dolphin all around. Just an AWESOME time and I look forward to having Captain Kyle put us on the fish as much as possible as my little guy grows up!”

My son and I, who are used to fishing for Pike and Bass in Ohio and Michigan, came down to Saint Pete’s for Summer Vacation.
